The prairies, The Okanagan, and the Carribean

So I havn't wrote in a very long time so I will try fill everyone in on what has taken place, and what is to come in the near future. So we have FINALLY booked our tickets to the DR. We leave Canada August 6th, so that is when I will strart trying to make a 5 min youtube video everyday. We have only about a week and a half here at the farm and this picture is whet we are living in the past few weeks. We are out of our house and things are really getting down to the wire, the puppies have gotten all thier required shots and are ready to fly, so we are all just waiting impatiently.
On the 29th of this month we will be off to B.C. for some golfing, and visiting family then we are off. On a totally different subject..... This last weekend we had th privelege of seeing some old friends that went to Rwanda for a year. Now we are planning on moving to DR for a year and if you don't buy you residencey you have to leave the country after 9 months and then you can come back. Well we are in the process of thinking about heading to Rwanda for a month. Now I know what your thinking, ARE YOU INSANE?!?! But the friends that we talked to are going to help us out with places to stay and people to see. Nothing is for sure, but what an adventure that would be!! Anyway that is all for now, I will start to keep up with the blog now that we are almost on our way. Thank you for following and coming with us and talk to you all soon!!

Did you make it yet? We are thinking of doing the same. Leaving Vancouver Island to head South to the DR. Do you have any advice?

My name is Joe Pinzone and I'm casting an international travel show about expats moving abroad. We'd love to film in the Dominican Republic and wanted to know if you could help us find expats who have moved there within the last 15 months or have been there for 3-4 years, but recently moved into a new home. The show documents their move to a new country and will place the country in fabulous light. The contributors on the show would also receive monetary compensation if they are filmed. If you'd like more information, please give me a call at 212-231-7716 or skype me at joefromnyc. You can also email me at joepinzone@leopardusa.com. Looking forward to hearing from you.
