3 Months Left in Canada!!

Ok so FINALLY after 9 long months the house has an offer and we accepted!!! AS long as the home inspector doesn't have any issue's we sold the house! The possesion Date will be July the 7th so we will be spending most of the summer here in BC, but that just means we will have more time to be prepared. And I will be making more vlog videos on you tube now so check them out here: www.youtube.com/jewsepy I am hoping to make partnership in the next year or so. 8 Showings in 3 weeks!

Ok so we have been going crazy with all the showings and people saying they are really interested and then thats it. It has been a real experience these last 8 months trying to sell this place. The last couple that came into look for the second time decided that it was too small of a place for them. But in 2 hours from now there is yet another second showing and apparently it is between ours and another, Yeah I have heard that before. Oh well all you can do is hope for the best! This blog will be alot more exciting once the house does go, I can't wait! Talk to you guys soon!!

Second showing!

Hey guys so I'm HOPING this might be the one. They have been into town looking at houses and said ours is on the top of their list. Today they are coming back for a second time along with another couple looking at the house too, bidding war anyone?? But yeah I hope it works out soon so i have something exciting to write about. If not well I will sart giving you guys some background stories. haha boooooring....... But yeah I have been screwing around with some painting ideas that I don't normally do. I am thinking of selling paintings to tourists on the beach while we are down there and here is the first "beachy" painting I have done. You can check out my other style of paintings on youtube, totally different. But yeah I will let you guys know how it went so keep checking back! talk to ya soon!!

SHOWINGS GALLORE!!!

Ok so In the past 3 weeks we have had about oh 5 showings. The last showing went really well and might be hearing from them again real soon. They are coming back into town to look at a few other houses, but there isn't much selection here and they really liked our place, so I guess we will just have to wait and see. Also I just got a call from our agent and we have another showing this Saturday! Things are definetly picking up now that it is spring. So yeah just wanted to thank you guys for following us and hopefully we will have some good news soon! Keep checking back. And I am posting new videos on youtube today and this weekend so have a look!

Getting started

Ok so here is the first posting. I have been pretty sick the past few days so I havn't uploaded any videos on my youtube account. For those who don't know I am doing a vlog series about our move from Salmon Arm, BC, Canada to Las Terrenas Dominican Republic. I will be putting out videos to start every Monday and Thursday, and then when the house sells probably daily. Also I will try my best to write as often as possible here as well.
